Open a Repair Ticket

Before you send us a device just open a repair ticket where you give us all the needed information for the repair.

Send the Device

Once your ticket is finished, make sure that you downloaded the Repair Label and include it with the package. The package should be sent to our address, which you can find on our website.

Wait for the Offer

If your device is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will send you an offer for the repair to your registered e-mail address.

Wait for the Device

Once the necessary repairs are carried out, we will ship the device back to you and send you a notification e-mail.

Confirm the Receipt

Once you receive your repaired device, please make sure to confirm the receipt via your Evoteqlab account.
