A: All kind of repairs, including software reflashing, screen replacement and other repairs not covered by the manufacturers warranty.
Q: How long is the repair warranty you offer?
A: All our parts and reparations are covered for 6 months. Warranty covers only the part that was replaced. It does not cover any subsequent damage to the phone or components that were not replaced.
Q: When should a phone’s battery be replaced?
A: A typical cell phone battery begins to deteriorate after 400 charging cycles. The average user will reach this point after 1-2 years of regular usage.
Q: Should I register if I got RMA number from Ulefone?
A: No, just send the parcel with the RMA number on it.
