In case of a defective Ulefone device, first, please send an e-mail to service@ulefone.com and ask for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Also, provide phone IMEI number and model name (i.e. Armor 5) with the problem description in the email. After this, send the defective Ulefone device to us, with the RMA number on the parcel.
